4 POSSIBILITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU:

YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER

We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send an email of cancellation or modification to info@rayflectstore.com. (If your order has already been processed before 12 hours no refund will be possible). 

Beyond this time the products will have already been shipped.
In this case, you will have to wait for the delivery and send us back the article(s) for a refund (cost of the product).
The return costs remain at your expense.

YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

Our average delivery time is 7 to 14 days.
If you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will give you a full refund.

YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM BUT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED

Don't worry! You can return your item up to 30 days after your payment (The product(s) must not be used).

Here's how to do it in 3 steps:

  • Contact the support at info@rayflectstore.com to notify that you are going to make a return.
  • Print and fill out the return form (downloadable file)
  • Send your article accompanied by the form to the address we will send you by email.
  • After receipt of the article in our warehouse, we will refund the total amount of your purchase (cost of the product).

The return costs remain at your expense. 

YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT BUT IT ARRIVED BROKEN

In this case or in the case of a design defect contact us at info@rayflectstore.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The description of the problem (wrong / defective item, ...)
  • A photo or a video
